About Me
I am Lewis Callaway, a technology professional in Dallas, TX. I graduated from Iowa State University with an undergraduate degree in software engineering, a minor in cyber security, and an MBA. I also started my own company, Callaway Technologies LLC in college where I was able to serve a wide range of clients by finding creativve and cost-effective technology solutions. I developed production-grade web applications, smart speaker skills, and installed countless complex WiFi networks and security camera systems.

I am currently an MBA candidate and software engineering student at Iowa State University. Additionally, I also have a minor in cyber security. I try to take advantage of opportunities in the classroom to grow my project leadership skills. Currently, I am a graduate assistant and have previously been a teacher assistant in my software engineering undergrad. I serve on the Software Engineering and ECpE Student Advisory Councils and Student Technology Fee Committee.

➔ Constructed two custom web-applications, implemented 10+ complex WiFi networks, produced over fifteen custom Amazon Alexa skills, and handled countless general IT problems
➔ Garnered invaluable experience working with a wide variety of clients from different backgrounds sometimes in remote locations

Cyber security is an integral part of any project and I wanted to exploit vulnerabilities to better envision about how to patch security holes in a project/organization.
➔ Conducted internal, external, wireless, and physical penetration tests
➔ Found a medium vulnerability on my physical walk-in impersonation
➔ Found sensitive employee and customer data stored in an insecure manner
➔ Communicated with clients and discovered the cause of WiFi issues at a client site
